Data we process
Depending on your use of the Service, we process account data (email, name, avatar and identifiers), subscription and billing data, export metadata, technical information and support requests. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Videos and sheet music
In the current web version, videos, MusicXML/XML/MXL files and exports are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to ScoreShort servers to produce the export.
Analytics and advertising measurement
ScoreShort uses Amplitude to understand product usage, and Reddit to measure visits, registrations and paid subscriptions resulting from advertising campaigns. Advertising identifiers, click identifiers, browser identifiers and conversion metadata may be processed for these purposes. For server-side conversion measurement, an email address and account identifier may be shared in SHA-256 hashed form.
Service providers
ScoreShort uses Google for authentication, Supabase for authentication and account data, Stripe for payments, Amplitude for analytics, Reddit for advertising measurement, Crisp for customer support and Sentry for error diagnostics.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the CNIL.
